Morning smoothie: Banana, peach, spinach, ground flax and almond milk.
Breakfast: The Glowing Green Smoothie from The Beauty Detox Solution (recipe here). Romaine, spinach, parsley, celery, apple, pear, banana and lemon. The recipe made a big batch and I popped two more servings into the freezer. It’s nice to not have to worry about breakfast for a few days this week!
Big ole dinner salad - baby spinach, cucumber, snap peas, tofu, mandarin orange segments, red onion and almonds dressed with the juice from the mandarin tin, sesame oil, salt and pepper.
Drinking is bad, feelings are worse.
